Adding Tension by Animating Power Windows

Lets dig deeper in our fake film trailer! We’re going to start building the mood of our trailer by using DaVinci Resolve’s power windows to create the feeling of alien ships flying over head.

This is such a simple technique but shows how adding elements of story doesn’t have to be super complicated! The key to pulling this off:

  • Using multiple masks to add dimension to the shadows we’re creating.
