Simulating Depth in Video: Selective Sharpening and Blurring

Time for the last of my series on creating the illusion of depth-of-field in video.

We’ve got our image looking exactly how we want it with contrast in all the right places, so let’s take a look at how to make your image look ultra-sharp. Then at the very last step, I’ll reintroduce the color back into the image to show you the power of taking care of the luminance first can help inspire you on tricky shots!
