Mixing Light Southern Command has completed its relocation, about 30 miles due west of St. Augustine, Florida. Getting here was an odyssey of sorts. And then, we had two weeks of a continuous flow of contractors – adding the accouterments that make this house ours.

The last six months were far more chaotic and stressful than I anticipated. Starting this coming week, I can finally fully return to my work.

Next weekend is a holiday weekend and I will follow the Newsletter tradition of taking it off – so the Treasurer and I can celebrate the end of this nearly year-long journey.

And then it’s back to normalcy. Thanks for your patience these past few months.
